Dot Love is led by Tyrone McCalla, a live music professional with 17 years’ experience and a genuine passion for helping artists achieve their goals, find their audience, and build long-term success. Tyrone’s approach is practical and artist-first: clear strategy, consistent progression, and support that empowers artists to stand on their own two feet.

We’re also powered by Channell Carmen, who brings 10+ years in live music and event management, having helped deliver some of the biggest events in the South West. Channell is driven by a simple mission: help people achieve their goals through opportunity, guidance, and sustainable growth—especially by placing artists on the biggest shows and connecting them with the right stages at the right time.
